Remington MaatyTaphmēi Palmer is a Rutanian-Hawu diplomat, jurist, and lawyer who currently serves as the Hawu Mumenhes Ambassador to the World Congress. Ambassador Palmer apprenticed in the chambers of Chief Judge Gabadeli Shabangu, High Priest of the Great Judgement Court in the Temple of Taphmēi of Nekhatw after completing his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Soleb.
