Greggor Altman is a Terran Dominion representative. Shortly after the invasion of Maltair IV, former senator Corbin Phash and his young son, a formerly unregistered psychic named Colin, disappeared. The Dominion wanted to acquire Colin for their Ghost Program. Altman was interviewed (as a hologram) by Kate Lockwell of UNN. He stated that Corbin's treatment of his son was child abuse and treason, and that the boy needed to be take in by the Ghost Academy to give him mental discipline. He dismissed the protests in favor of Phash as the product of a fringe group.
