Morgan is a boss character in Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. He is the boss of Chapter 11B: Escape to Freedom and a loyal subordinate of Arcard. Roy and his army attempt to rescue the poor people awaiting shipment to work in the mines of the Western Isles from Castle Edina, which is used as a prison by Morgan.
