Sir Frosties are enemies from The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. They are snowmen found in outdoor areas of the Snow Realm. Sir Frosties are hostile towards Link and throw their heads at the Spirit Train in hopes of destroying it. Their heads, if thrown, can be destroyed with one shot from the cannon, although their heads will regenerate if the body is not destroyed. They can be blasted away with two shots from the cannon.
