Since Game Update 10, it is flagged as a Shared No Trade item. However, some of these paintings are tradeable, making it a rare item prized by collectors. (Since thes were all meant to be no trade items, transferring A Festive Gathering to another server will cause the item to automatically become Shared No-trade.)
