The Economic Study Circle was a Watchcircle of the Jedi Covenant, established in order to sense changes in the Draay Trust and keep it from bankruptcy. As the banking world of Telerath fell to the Mandalorians, the Draay's had already sold all holding there, due to the Circle's predictions.
