Home of both the capital and some of the most famous and largest towns in the Toran Republic, Arlus is the most wealthy region in the entire Republic. It is also home to a great deal of history, particularly in its capital, Gregminster, formerly the Holy City of Rupanda while the region was under Harmonian rule, which is one of the oldest cities in the entire country. Gregminster was even built on a Sindar ruin, thus adding hundreds of years of history that is now lost to the sands of time.
