Crispian Paddington is the Cousin of Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo and the full beneficiary of Clive Paddington's estate. There is some tension between them both as DiNozzo owes Crispian $10,000 plus compounded interest over the last 20 years as he signed an IOU to his uncle.
