Millard IV is covered in temperate forest. It contains several large groups of ruins, most likely traces of an alien civilization. The ruins are still unexplored. The only construction on Millard IV in use, is a Confederated Naval Base in the northern hemisphere, which coordinates all naval activity in the eastern Confederacy.
