The Hilton Occitania is a hotel and conference center located at the southern tip of Chateau Saint-Jean at 650 Boulevard Princesse Grace. It is located near Mont-Boron and the Chateau du Saint-Jean. When the Hilton opened in 1995, it became the first chain hotel in Occitania, as well as its largest hotel.
