Bledryn Scoril was a member of the Scoril noble house of Cormyr, as well as the Crown's representative to, and Lord of, Marsember, having taken over the role from Ildool. He was the local Herald, Grand Marsember, and acted as the registrar of births, deaths, and marriages, as well as the Crown's witness to sentencing, contracts, treaties, and the like.
