Seebania is a small kingdom in the southern part of the Munchkin Country. Its rulers once controlled much of that land; but when Princess Ozma came to rule Oz, the Seebanian kings voluntarily withdrew to their own little land, dwelling in their capital Shamsbad. For a time, the throne of Seebania was usurped by the evil magician Mooj; but the crown was eventually restored to its rightful possessor, King Ree Alla Bad. (Ojo in Oz)
