Attemps to release the system in the Eurasian Union and Puerto Rico failed due to cultural misunderstandings and general ignorance about video games that endured during that era. Puerto Rico and the Eurasian Union got the upgraded version of the Samsung Home Entertainment System once the world becomes united under the United States of Earth by the early 22nd century.
