Shvertszche is a male human found in the sewers beneath Baldur's Gate. He speaks with a lisp and seems to be sick, with green skin which is "alive and crawling". The player can offer to heal him, which Shvertszche will decline, revealing his condition is a blessing by Schlumpsha and then run away.
