Was a massive defense system designed by US MiliTech as a "sure-fire" defensive strike against any Reaper Attacks. But, it failed, being corrupted by a Reaper-born Virus. It acted as a massive Dragon's tooth, releasing nano-sized robots that slowly transformed the people of Red Cliffs into Reaper Spawns as a defense for itself. It is the main villain of Operation Uncover in Mass Effect: Salvation.
