A Zangyack fleet first attacked Earth in what came to be known as the Great Legend War when they were countered by the first 34 Super Sentai. Early on, there was a massive battle where over 100 robots/giants fought against the Zangyack fleet. Many of the robots were destroyed or killed during this battle. While the Sentai teams fought the ground forces, hundreds of Sugormin and Gormin, the Zangyack fleet fired upon them. Tsuyoshi Kaijo gave the order for all of the groups to combine their powers into one attack. The resulting blast wiped out the entire Zangyack invasion fleet.
