Gerard Garcia is an officer of the Eurasian Federation, and is stationed at the asteroid Artemis. Although the Eurasian Federation is a member of the Earth Alliance, they are also rivals of the Atlantic Federation and when the Archangel comes to Artemis, Garcia has his own ambitions for the ship and the mobile suit it carries.
