The Rolling Waves was a juzimai of pirates founded by Nakano, a former Mantis sailor considered a hero by his former clan. The beginnings of the group had been endorsed by the Mantis Clan Champion himself, but they eventually shifted to the usual gang of cut-throats. Jagged Teeth Cavern was their secret base since the 8th century.
