Harōgakure (波浪が暮れの里, Harougakure no Sato; lit. "Village Hidden within the Waves") is an unofficial hidden village located within the Land of Merchants. This village is also the capital of the Land it resides in. The village is led by an Admiral (大将, Daishō) rather than a Kage, showing the naval history of the land. He governs the land as well as the village and a result is in similar respect as the Daimyō of other nations.
