Master Sholto is the healer of Sir Tullus. He has the magical Gift which manifests in a dark blue with him. Sir Tullus sends him whenever a Dog doesn't attent Magistrate's Court because of a sickness or injury. The knight also pays the fees in these cases. This is Sir Tullus' way of making sure no Dog simply claims to be ill to get out of Court Days. So far Master Sholto has only appeared once in Bloodhound.
