Lee H. Grant wrote the script for the Season 10 episode of M*A*S*H titled "Blood and Guts". Lee has also written episodes for numerous other shows, which include ChIPS, Barney Miller, Fame, Mr. Belvedere, Head of the Class and Webster. As a director, Lee has served as first assistant director for various TV shows, most notably Austin & Ally, Zeke & Luther, Pair of Kings, and The Jeff Foxworthy Show. Lee also served as executive producer of the UPN network TV series One on One.
