The Office of Vermin and Disease Control is a building located in the Southwest area of the Hive. It is run by the loquacious Phineas T. Lort XXXIX. The Nameless One and his party can rest here by asking Phineas how he came to work at the office. During what is implied to be a very long tale, the party will "rest."
