Ricardo Morago was born in 2372 in Ciudad Darkuth, and spent most of his life in Davostan's capital. It was there he went to university and studied economics but dropped out part way through his final year after a serious falling out with staff. At this point he moved to Kivonah Estado Federado and began work as a farm labourer. As of 2419 Ricardo Morago is Davostan's Finance Minister.
