The Floating Continent Commander operated the floating continent base on Jupiter. When the Earth battleship Yamato landed on the floating continent, he attempted to destroy the ship, to no avail. He is vaporized along with the entire floating continent, becoming one of the first casualties of Yamato's wave motion gun ("Escape the Floating Continent! Crisis Calls the Wave-Motion Gun!").
