At 1st level, as a standard action, the Death's Herald can loudly and clearly announce the doom of any creature they are within a mile of. The Death's Herald must refer to the creature by a name they have answered to or referred to themselves as, and at least one non-ally creature must hear the pronouncement for it to have effect.
