Falow was the Master Surchid of the Wadi delegation from the Gamma Quadrant that visited station Deep Space 9 in 2369. They were the first official delegation from the Gamma Quadrant. Falow and his Wadi delegates were eager to play games. They initially went to Quark's after arriving on the station and played multiple rounds of dabo. They won a great deal of latinum, until Quark instructed Broik to fix the table so that Falow would lose. Enraged, Falow told Quark he now had to play one of his games.
