John Ross Roach (June 23, 1900 in Port Perry, Ontario – July 9, 1973) was a Canadian ice hockey goaltender in the National Hockey League. Roach was known for his acrobatic style of goaltending. He was a First Team All-Star during the 1932–33 NHL season. He won a Stanley Cup in 1922. He played junior hockey with Toronto Aura Lee of the Ontario Hockey Association (OHA) in 1919-20 and senior with the OHA's Toronto Granites in 1920-21. After four seasons with the Rangers and three seasons with the Detroit Red Wings Roach retired in 1935. He was a first team all star in 1932-33.
