The Supreme Leader (Istalian: Capo Supremo), officially Supreme Leader of the National Security Council (Capo Supremo del Consiglio di Sicurezza Nazionale) was the title held by Antonio Battisti from 4042 to 4045, when he governed Istalia as a de facto autocracy. The title, along with the other institutions of his regime, fell into disuse in the wake of the Istalian Civil War of 4044–4045.
