The unnamed Builder met Sophie Webster and Sian Powers at the site of the soup kitchen in July 2011, which had recently been vacated without their knowledge. He told them that the owner was turning the property into a new bar and explained that their boss would have only had a short-term lease. The builder couldn't give any information as to the whereabouts of Rob White, although stated that he would not be back at the premises.
