Nalog was Chief of the Baggolts. He led the rebellion against the Ethereals and took over Droog, where he kept watch over the master panel in the city's control centre. When the First Doctor and Mitzog broke into the control room, the Ethereal leader fought Nalog while the Doctor searched for the switch that would end the Baggolt rebellion, finally disabling the robot.
