Mekgineer Thermaplugg is a prominent villain in World Of Warcraft and acts as an arch-nemesis to the gnomes, he is a corrupt and twisted member of the gnome race who has succumbed to radiation: becoming what is known as a Leper Gnome and he has lost his sanity in the process.
