Scarecrow Without A Country (or Mr. SWAC) is a scarecrow belonging to Eddie Chalmers that stands on the border between Chester's Mill, Maine and TR-90. On Dome Day, Mr. SWAC was bifurcated by the invisible barrier that closed Chester's Mill off from the rest of the world.
