Barbara Swain was the fourth intended victim of serial killer Brett Evans and also a Petty Officer Second Class stationed at the Jacksonville Naval Air Base. Like the previous victims, she went missing while on her way to work and there was no trace of her for up to four months. Swain was later found by Agent Anthony DiNozzo who managed to tell his boss, Leroy Jethro Gibbs where she was before Swain knocked him unconscious and took his service weapon, intending to kill herself.
