In 1910 PD, Waters held the rank of Captain and served as the commanding officer of the heavy cruiser PNS Falchion during her deployment to the Silesian Confederacy as part of Admiral Javier Giscard's Task Force 29. Waters died along the rest of Falchion's crew when the ship was destroyed by the Manticoran Q-ship HMAMC Scheherazade in the Tyler's Star System. (HH6)
