Sato Yamamori is a Genin from Konohagakure. Sato comes from a clan that has produced a long line of medical ninja even before the institution of a formal medical branch in Konoha. Sato hopes to to continue this long tradition, and serve his village by healing the wounded. Sato was in the same graduating class as Jiraiya Uzumaki. In addition he is on Team 8 alongside one of Jiraiya's best friends, Kenjiro Kouta. Sato does his best to be a calm, pacifistic voice among his team, as that is his view of an ideal Medical-Nin. However it has been noted that Sato has an ego and a short temper which often gets in the way of the image he tries to cultivate. He is the only Medical-Nin that came out of his graduating class.
