The UCEW1FM features a mahogany body with a flame maple top bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with offset dot position markers. Components include dual DiMarzio PAF Pro humbucking pickups flanking a DiMarzio VS-1 single-coil, an Edge double locking tremolo bridge and a locking nut. This represents only the "stock" configuration, as customers could customize the guitar to their own desires. The UCEW1QM, UCEW1BE and UCEW1LC are similar models with, respectively, quilted maple, birdseye maple and lacewood tops in place of this model's flame maple.
