Trapped in a chocolate Aztec pyramid by a green, eye-patched giant and armed with a only a toy Olympic torch souvenir and his sonic screwdriver, the Doctor uses the two to melt a tunnel through the chocolate by magnifying the resonant frequency wavelength of the torch to generate heat. The Doctor and Martha's escape route takes them to a full-sized replica Sphinx, complete with rampaging mummies and cat-gods.
