Founder is an Aztec Big Button technology in Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs. It is found at the Fire Pit in the Discovery Age. This technology doubles the effectiveness of the Aztec War Chief's Bounty Aura, which increases the rate of XP growth around him. This will let the Aztecs send more Home City Cards.
