Heather Halley (born September 28, 1969 in Simi Valley, California) is an American actress and voice actress who provided the English voice of Para-Medic in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. She has also voiced other video game characters, including the English voices for Chloe Valens in Tales of Legendia, Miyoko and Angela Seas in Rogue Galaxy, and an assassin in Hitman: Blood Money. Halley was also an announcer for the 51st Annual Grammy Awards.
