__HIDDENCAT__ Garban is a province of Talin or it's name is officially named as Plock, and is located in Central Poland. Most of the iron deposits of Plock goes to Talin to create more money and stronger military, because of this, the provinces of Poland and Denmark are considered to be the poor regions of Talin.
