Completing community buildings raises your house building limit/population cap. It will attract townspeople who will be waiting until you have built houses for them to move into. Community buildings require building materials (glass, bricks, and slabs) to construct. You can unlock community buildings as you level up. Building materials for the community buildings are primarily delivered by train. Look at the trains page to see where you can find additional materials.
