This Litigaran bartender worked at an establishment visited by Zotoh Zhaan, Chiana, and Rygel during their visit to Litigara. Not being a lawyer, he was a member of the planet's minority "Utilities" population. Zhaan initially questioned him concerning John Crichton, Aeryn Sun, and Ka D'Argo, hoping that someone had seen them on the planet. He would later prove to be a valuable asset to Chiana and Rygel, giving them information on Utilities rights advocate Wesley Kenn, his planet's laws and the book they were based on, the Axiom, the effect of Litigara's moons on blue-eyed Litigarans, and the Light of Truth. After Zhaan was acquitted, Chiana thanked with a kiss.
