Before Dio Brando's death in 1989, he had fathered a child with a woman, that woman gave birth to the child and named him Giorno Giovanna. Giorno grew up with his mother mistreating him most of the time, his only role model was a gangster that showed him compassion after he unknowingly saved him with his stand. Thus Giorno grew up wanting to be the leader of the Italian gang. Giorno joins the gang and ends up in the position of battling the entire gang to achieve his dream. Note: This arc is most notable for the drastic change in artwork when compared to the previous three parts.
