Harrison Wells also known as H.R. Wells is from Earth 19 he was recently offered and interviewed for a chance to travel The Multiverse to join The Flash Family on Earth 1. He's one of The Former Heads of S.T.A.R. Labs on his Earth and he was the public face of The Company until he was fired. After being accepted by The Flash Family he traveled The Multiverse to Earth 1 to join The Team and briefly met his Earth 2 counterpart Harry Wells and his Metahuman Daughter Jesse Quick.
