The Dark Council was the Sith governing body in the New Sith Imperium. Led by the current Dark Lord of the Sith, the council comprised of the Sith Lords. It held higher authority than the Supreme Tribunal. The three Dark Lords to head the Dark Councils were Darth Aevum, Darth Judicar, and lastly Darth Exodeus. Andraste joined the council when she married Exodeus. Sith Lords who served on the Dark Council include Darth Proelium, Darth Crysis, Darth Kayos, Darth Mortis, Darth Silentius, Darth Oseth, Darth Vuren, Darth Umbra, Darth Illusia, Darth Asmodeus, Darth Exilis, Darth Animus, Darth Vires, Darth Vendis, Darth Tarak, Darth Nichts, Darth Akrasia, and Darth Inanio.
