The De Gooyer windmill was an historic landmark in Amsterdam. In 1998, the Umbrella Corporation planted zombies in a the top of the building to ambush the rogue Raccoon S.T.A.R.S. survivors. Chris Redfield shot two off the ledge, damaging the landmark.
