Frank Butler is a former NASCAR driver from Chester, VA. He competed in three Nationwide Series events in his career, earning one top-ten. Butler debuted in 1982, competing at Martinsville. Starting positions in the field of forty are unknown, but Butler only completed eleven laps before falling out of the event and finishing 39th. Luckily, Butler was much better in his other race that year, completing most of the laps and driving to a career-best 10th place finish at Richmond.
