Usage stats on Reset all controllers

A MIDI Controller message that tells the receiver to assume that the sustain pedal has been released, the pitch wheel has been returned to its neutral position, and that the mod wheel and certain other auxillary controls have all been returned to their zero positions. Most commonly, this message is sent by a sequencer so that, if playback is stopped in the middle of a passage containing a pitch bend, the bend isn’t left “stuck” in the receiving synth (which can be confusing to the player if he/she subsequently attempts to play the synth after stopping the sequencer).
