Iquar was a member of the Karazak Slavers Cooperative. He took part in an operation to kidnap holovid star Janissa Locrin, following Seland' Ir's scheme. Later, in drunken stupor, Iquar inadvertently confessed both his implication and Ir's to the Sector Rangers.
