Motti was a Human male general in the New Galactic Empire's Imperial Special Forces. He was part of the 7th Special Forces Regiment, and fought against the Acolean Empire in 60 ABY. He acted as a mentor to Advanced Recon Commando Jonathan Heron's son, SpecForces Corporal John Heron. Motti died during the war.
